NEW ACQUISITIONS #3 - Helen of Troy
          Back to IPM Library

Fall 2003 -

The dumpster diver (a rather sleazy fellow) who sold IPM these puppets new nothing except that they were in a damp suitcase in a dumpster outside of a house that had burned. We deduced that these were puppets from Faust. I think one of the figures is Hans Sach, another is Dr. Faustus, and the lovely lady can only be Helen of Troy.

Faust marionettes by Perry Dilley (not documented) found in Berkeley in the late 1990's. In desperate need of repair. Leather joints have rotted out.
